Running your own logistics is fine…

…as long as you have it under control, it doesn’t take too much of your time and it makes sense cost-wise.
However, many e-tailers don’t even realize when the operation becomes a bottleneck. Typically, this happens when the owner or team spends several hours a day packing and shipping, with no capacity to devote to marketing, product development or expansion.
However, we often come across clients who are on the complete opposite side of the spectrum – established brands who have decided to launch their own e-shop but lack the warehouse, people, system and know-how. The investment in infrastructure would be difficult, the implementation complex and the whole solution uncertain.
That’s where fulfillment comes in – a flexible logistics service that means you don’t have to own, manage or program anything. A partner like us will take over the entire process, from stocking the goods, to storing, packing and shipping them, to processing claims and returns.
The result? More time, lower costs, no investment in facilities and reliable customer service.

How does fulfillment work in practice?
In our company, we have set up fulfillment as a service that combines professional processes, a high level of customization and a personal approach.
Here is an overview of how it works for us:
1. Loading of goods
- We receive goods every working day.
- We have 8 loading ramps at our disposal, so we can unload multiple trucks in parallel at the same time.
- The goods are then registered in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), stocked in position and ready for the ordering process.
2. Cut-off time & dispatch
- Orders received by 13:00 will be packed and dispatched the same day.
- This applies to all shipments to Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Austria.
- The goods are packed according to the client’s requirements (branding, eco-packaging, combined shipments, etc.).
- We provide not only B2C orders, but also B2B fulfillment – from single packages to pallet shipments for business partners, sales networks or distributors.
3. Delivery and carriers
- We deliver next-day within five countries SK, CZ, HU, PL, AT.
- Our WMS is connected to all relevant carriers – DPD, Packeta, SPS, Geis and others.
- Carriers pick up shipments directly from the warehouse on a daily basis, which saves time and costs.
- For higher volumes, we also provide line haul with our own transport to depots of carriers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and Poland – this is a significantly more cost-effective solution for hundreds of shipments per day.
4. Returns and Claims
- Any returned or unclaimed goods are subject to inspection.
- If the goods are in order, we will prepare them for resale.
- When packaging or goods are damaged, we categorize the goods as second choice – the client has an overview of the entire process.

A transparent model of cooperation
Fulfillment with us is not a “black box”. On the contrary – clients have access to all data and processes in real time.
How to account for:
- No fixed warehouse or staff costs.
- Payment shall be made exclusively for the actual acts performed and the actual goods stored.
- Thus, in the off-season, clients do not pay for empty shelves or air.
- All data is recorded by the system, invoicing is 100% transparent and verifiable.

Technological and human resources
WMS system – NAUT Middleware®
- A custom system developed specifically for our clients’ needs.
- Possibility of integration with e-shops (API), ERP systems
- Full customisation – from outputs to packaging and reporting.
Communication:
- Each client has its own project manager.
- Support in Slovak, Czech, English and Hungarian.
- Ongoing reporting and consultation – nothing happens without the client’s knowledge.
How does onboarding work?
For simpler e-stores, launch is possible within a few weeks. For more complex e-shops, the implementation takes several months – the reason for this is thorough testing of all processes, connection of platforms, processing of specific requirements. The goal is always 100% functionality before the sharp start.
What product range do we serve?
From small products such as nutritional supplements, cosmetics and clothing, to big things like refrigerators, washing machines and other appliances. B2C and B2B model – a combination of small shipments and large deliveries is no problem.

Conclusion: Fulfillment as a partner for growth
