Receipt to warehouse
When receiving into the warehouse, we ensure both quantity control and quality control. We can also accept materials without EAN codes. With the help of hydraulic or access ramps, we can also accept atypical materials.
Warehousing
We provide warehousing in modern category A storage facilities. With our own WMS system, we provide efficient placement with the advantage of minimising handling costs. Cross-docking. We provide short-term and long-term storage in 3 logistics centres: Prague, Piešťany and Budapest.
Packaging and assembly
Of course, we ensure packaging tailored to the specific wishes of the client (packaging, inserts, multipacks), and we also handle the purchase of these materials for our clients. We offer recycled, eco-friendly packaging fillers for shipments. Our specialist staff handle the assembly of stands, service packages, and sales sets, the generation and application of EAN codes, labelling, tagging, and other types of personalisation of shipments. We are able to provide effective packaging while minimising the packaging material used – optimising the EPR tax.
Dispatching
Dispatch takes place several times a day, depending on the carrier type and shipment size.
Transportation
We have our own distribution centres in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary, but we are able to secure the delivery of parcels basically anywhere. We have a wide range of contracted carriers to provide parcel, pallet and truck transport, as well as our own distribution team. We work with DPD, Zásilkovna, WE-DO, PPL, GLS, PST CLC, and GEIS. Direct delivery, same dame delivery. ADR, 18 +, COD, ECT.
Distribution
Distribution of B2B + B2C goods (comprehensive fulfillment). Distribution of promotional materials (ensuring the installation of retail services by the team). Reverse logistics. Track & Trace.
Returns and complaints
Depending on individual clients’ needs, we provide the inspection, storage and registration of returns and complaints, including the provision of after-sales service.
Insurance
We guarantee comprehensive insurance for stored and transported goods and materials.
Inventories
Customs services
We provide customs declaration services and a customs warehouse in accordance with applicable legislation.
Recycling
We provide certified recycling of the client’s packaging materials. GO GREEN – ecological disposal of packaging materials.
POSM management
Installation of sales equipment and materials
Our team of specialist technical staff installs a wide range of sales equipment and promotional materials such as stands, shelves, refrigerators, etc.
As part of this service, we provide complete support in the form of:
- Assembly of sales equipment
- Ensuring delivery to the designated location by the installation date
- Provision of professional installation
- Photo documentation
- Documentation and confirmation of installation by the authorised person at the installation site
- Reporting, including detailed photo documentation and feedback to the client

Fulfillment
The fulfillment service is a complete process, and at NAUT, we approach it starting from the shop analysis and integration possibilities, taking your specific needs into account whilst also considering long-term expectations in solution design. Since we are realists, thorough testing of processes is a given, including storage, assembly, packaging, specific tasks, transportation, payment processing, handling claims, back-office services, and KPI reporting.
