Our thoughtful POSM management approach allows us to optimize your sales processes and support your business success.
We will accept your POS/POP materials at our warehouse (or pick them up directly from you or the manufacturer). We keep a record of each piece in our POSM Management TOOL® system so you have a real-time overview (a photo of each type is a given).
Whether it is a simple rack or a complex Shop in Shop solution, we complete everything according to the campaign and the client’s specifications, either in the warehouse or directly in the shop.
We will create a delivery plan according to your deadlines and locations – within the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. We will deliver the materials to our staff at the shop, not “to the warehouse”, or they will be delivered and installed directly by our distribution team.
Our team will ensure expert installation, filling with goods and immediate display.
We can also handle technically demanding installations where tools and skill or expertise (electrician, etc.) are required.
You will receive a report, a photo and a certificate of issue from each establishment.
The merchandising team then monitors the status throughout the campaign.
