20 years ago NAUT GROUP started with four people, now it has 600 employees and besides the Czech Republic it operates in Slovakia, Hungary and plans to expand to Bulgaria, Romania and other European markets. However, the leading Czech outsourcing company not only helps companies to streamline costs in servicing the modern and traditional market by outsourcing sales representatives, data collection, POSM management and replenishment, but also provides comprehensive tailored solutions across the entire DTC, i.e. e-commerce, warehousing and fulfillment.

Naut Group builds its business activities on three pillars, namely comprehensive e-commerce solutions, logistics and warehousing and retail services. It has 18,000 sqm of warehouse space, processes half a million shipments and 1.5 million reports annually, facilitates 2,000 transactions per hour and aims to be carbon neutral by 2030. “We have grown from the ground up, so to speak, and the needs of the market at the point of sale. Over time, we’ve discovered new areas and responded to market demand. We have been in retail and outsourcing for twenty years, and warehousing, logistics and fulfillment for more than a decade. In the last five years, a huge trend is the so-called DTC in e-commerce, which is the outsourcing of the entire e-commerce solution. It is the ability to see the potential and the trend that defines us. Process-wise, it is not a simple way, but literally a personalized solution with the need to bend the process or service methodology,” Petr Nejedlý (CEO of NAUT GROUP s.r.o.) explained the company’s activities, adding that in addition to the Czech Republic and Slovakia, NAUT GROUP has also expanded into Hungary thanks to its e-commerce activities and plans to enter other markets such as Bulgaria and Romania as soon as possible.
