More than one company is making its way through the new environment. How to put it all together, not lose your head and still think about your clients? Everything is possible, you just have to want to – says CEO of outsourcing company NAUT GROUP Petr Nejedlý.
Every era brings with it specific challenges not only for entrepreneurs. Today’s is full of mostly foreign terms that focus primarily on employees. From work-life balance, home office, CSR, sustainability, sick days, to attractive benefits for permanent and potential employees.
“We are seeing a huge promotion of new trends. If you run your business from the start with any conscientiousness, you can’t be caught off guard. Whether it’s social responsibility within the company’s social or environmental strategies. However, that doesn’t mean that you can simply navigate the topics without falling asleep at the wheel.”
explains the CEO of the successful Czech outsourcing company NAUT GROUP s.r.o. Petr Nejedlý.
It seems that CEOs and directors need to be forged in dozens of other disciplines in addition to managing their business. According to Petr Nejedlý, the key to not forgetting those for whom they actually have their business, i.e. customers, is simple – common sense.

“It’s common sense, pragmatism and a kind of business wisdom that you only gain through years of being in the fight that will help you buck these trends. Think of similar cases in recent history, such as the almost literally mandatory reorganisation of offices into open space. Only time and actual practice have shown the exaggerated pressure of this trend. Today, we again respect the real need of the employee and his role in the organisation, and the open space or standard office is a choice, not a requirement. I firmly believe that we can expect a similar trend to settle down now,”
explained Nejedlý.
NAUT GROUP, with over 1,200 employees and operations in several European markets, can still easily focus on what is important to them, their clients. Quality work based on consistency, results and innovation. With full respect for the above trends, the outsourcing company is able to continue to expand its portfolio of services without any problems.
“Next year, we are coming up with a new Mystery shopping product in our Retail services division. We firmly believe that this new product in NAUT colours will be another invention in the outsourcing field alongside our Logistics and E-commerce division. We hope that the economy will continue to be based on quality work, supply and demand, and above all, common sense in all its spheres. This is how real values have been created in our and the world’s history,”added Petr Nejedlý.
