The year 2025 was a period of significant changes for Symprove. With a growing number of customers and a commitment to continuously improving our services, we decided to transition to a professional fulfillment model. We were looking for a partner who would not only assist us with warehousing and shipping but also provide us with a stable foundation to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics as we continue to grow. Another key requirement for us was a location near Piešťany—which is why choosing NAUT GROUP was a natural step.

Symprove is a premium product designed to provide comprehensive support for the gut microbiome. Unlike conventional capsules and powders, it is water-based, which allows it to contain four live and active bacterial strains that reach the intestines alive. This product is made in the United Kingdom, is completely gluten-free and dairy-free, and is suitable for vegans. It helps people suffering from various intestinal disorders. Its high quality, scientific backing, and growing customer interest in digestive health have created the ideal foundation for our continued expansion.
Our Journey Toward Collaboration and the Transition to NAUT GROUP
After initial meetings with the NAUT GROUP team, we quickly agreed to collaborate and kicked off the integration process. This was followed by the complete relocation of our warehouse to their fulfillment center in Piešťany and the setup of all internal processes—from receiving and stocking goods to packaging and shipping. It was important to us that the entire transition go smoothly and without any impact on the quality of service for our customers. Today, we can say with certainty that it was the right decision.
From a single center to the entire region
Our partnership with NAUT GROUP has provided us with a stable logistics infrastructure that can fully adapt to our needs. We are currently shipping Symprove orders to four countries—we recently officially launched deliveries to the Romanian market, which is our fourth destination. However, our planned priorities do not end there, and we continue to target other European markets. The ability to flexibly scale our logistics capacity is one of the greatest benefits of this partnership for us.

NAUT GROUP is more than just a warehouse to us. They also handle other activities related to our growth—from the production of custom packaging materials to inserting promotional and informational inserts directly into shipments. Thanks to this, we have both our logistics and a key part of the customer experience covered under one roof. While at the beginning we were only looking for a local fulfillment solution in the Piešťany area, today we have a strong partner by our side with whom we are building a logistics infrastructure for all of Europe. The launch of our operations in Romania—our fourth country—is clear evidence of our progress.
